Be a saint!

Standard

It’s almost 4 pm and I still haven’t gone outside, I barely even looked out the window. I’m too busy doing homework and writing a talk. Last night I gave a talk about the basics of the Catholic faith.

We talked about the mass, the sacraments, signs of respect and the Our Father. Tonight we will be talking about Saints and I’m kinda like super excited about that. We have so many cool canonized saints but I’m positive that we have even more not canonized saints.

What do I mean by that? Well it’s simple, basically when we die we either go to heaven or hell. If we make it heaven we automatically become a saint. This means that everyone who is heaven is a saint and we can ask them to intercede for us.

One of my sisters passed away when she was really young and so she was baptized but also not accountable for her sins meaning that she was still sinless. If one dies without any sins then that person goes directly to heaven and we can ask them to pray for us. This means that I can ask my sister to pray for me and I can also say that my sister is a saint!

Please pray for us that we may better understand our saintly journey.

This is a picture I took on my drive yesterday. Nature is so beautiful and yet I often fail to see this beauty. God was for sure pursuing me on that drive.

I would write more but I don’t have my laptop and doing an update on an iPod isn’t easy.
